Who we are
GetCVmax (getcvmax.com) is run by FOP [Full legal name], a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine. Contact: hello@getcvmax.com.
What GetCVmax does
GetCVmax uses AI to review CVs: it scores your CV, marks each line keep, cut, rewrite or move, rewrites lines for a job you choose, asks questions to find missing results, suggests skills and events to add, and exports a finished CV.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. You may only upload your own CV, or someone else's with their consent.
Free during launch
GetCVmax is free to use during launch. To keep it free for everyone, the number of actions per day is limited (for example, up to 5 CV reviews a day per person), and there is also a daily limit for the whole site. Limits reset every day and we may change them.
Payments and refunds
There is nothing to pay during launch. If paid plans are introduced, we will email you before anything changes, and the price and terms will be shown before you pay. See the Refund policy.
Your responsibility
AI can make mistakes. You decide which edits to accept. Put only true information in your CV. Where we leave a placeholder such as [N], replace it with a real number or remove it.
No guarantees
GetCVmax improves how your CV reads. It can't guarantee interviews or job offers. The service is provided as is, and we may change or pause features.
Acceptable use
Don't upload files with malicious content, try to access other people's data, bypass limits, overload the service, or use it for anything other than working on a CV. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
Your CV and answers stay yours. You let us process them only to give you results and keep them in your account. Your finished CV is yours to use however you like.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its date.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, without limiting the consumer protections of the country where you live.
